Job Title: Area Sales Manager – South Pakistan

Department: Sales
Location: Karachi Head Office
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of Solar panels, GoodWe inverters, and TSI lithium-ion batteries in the South region.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with EPC companies, distributors, dealers and solar installers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective market coverage and partner engagement.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, gather competitor insights, and strengthen the brand presence.

Market Expansion & Channel Management

  • Expand the dealer and installer network across Sindh and Balochistan.
  • Assist in organizing dealer meets, technical trainings, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in the solar / electrical / power / renewable energy sector.
  • Strong network among Solar EPCs, distributors, dealers and commercial clients in the southern region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively across the region.

Position: Solar Technician

Requirements:

  • Practical troubleshooting skills (inverter, batteries, wiring).
  • Physically active and willing to travel frequently.
  • Good communication for customer handling.
  • Safety-conscious and reliable.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / DAE in Electrical / Electronics (Matric + Technical Certificate also acceptable for junior role).
  • 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in solar systems, UPS, and battery repairs preferred.
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits and solar technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer sites to attend service complaints related to solar PV systems and batteries.
  • Troubleshoot faults in solar panels, inverters, wiring, and battery banks.
  • Perform installation, testing, repair, and replacement of faulty components.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance checks and ensure system reliability.
  • Maintain service logs and report issues to the Service Engineer/Manager.
  • Educate customers on basic system operation and care.
  • Ensure adherence to safety practices during field work.

Position: Technical Manager – Software & IT Solutions

Requirements:

  • UI/UX design tools – Figma, Adobe XD.
  • Full-stack development – React, Node.js, Python.
  • AI/ML tools – TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • IT & Networking – LAN/WAN, servers, cloud, firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and leadership skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in software development and IT management.
  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design, full-stack development, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Hands-on knowledge of IT networking, systems administration, and device maintenance.

  • Oversee design of intuitive UI/UX interfaces for web and mobile applications.
