Order Cancellation Policy

At Tecno Solar Industries, we want your purchase to be simple and stress-free. This Order Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order, and what happens to your payment when you do.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, with no cancellation charges.

To cancel, contact us as quickly as possible with your order number using any of the details at the bottom of this page. Orders are processed promptly, so please reach out early to make sure we can stop the shipment in time.

Cancelling After Dispatch

Once an order has been handed to our delivery partner (Daewoo Express) or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled directly. In this case:

  • You may refuse delivery or return the product after it arrives, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Any delivery or shipping charges already incurred may be deducted from your refund for orders cancelled after dispatch.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellation refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Online (card / wallet) payments are refunded through our payment provider and typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Refund timelines and conditions follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

Custom, Bulk & Project Orders

Custom, made-to-order, or bulk/commercial orders (for example large solar-panel or battery project quantities) may not be eligible for cancellation once processing or procurement has begun, as these are arranged specifically for you. Any advance or deposit paid on such orders may be non-refundable. Cancellation terms for project and bulk orders will be confirmed at the time of order.

Cancellations by Tecno Solar Industries

We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable;
  • Pricing or product information was listed in error;
  • Payment could not be verified or was declined;
  • The delivery address is outside our serviceable area.

If we cancel your order for any of these reasons, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
