This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage for TECNO NOVA lithium batteries supplied by Tecno Solar Industries in Pakistan.

Warranty Coverage

NOVA batteries are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal, approved operating conditions.

Controlling Document

The exact warranty duration, tiered coverage (Replacement vs. Service) and specific technical lifecycle limits are strictly governed by the physical Warranty Card included inside the product packaging at the time of purchase.

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty coverage will be immediately voided in cases of:

  • Physical damage or water ingress
  • Improper installation
  • Lack of closed-loop communication (where applicable)
  • Repeated deep discharging (0% SOC)
  • Usage outside the recommended voltage and temperature parameters

Claim Processing

All warranty claims must be routed through an Authorized Dealer. Claims will only be entertained upon presentation of the original, fully completed Warranty Card (with intact carbon-copy history) and the retail purchase invoice.

Right to Repair or Replace

Tecno Solar reserves the right to repair or replace defective components as per the clauses mentioned in the warranty card.
