Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which Tecno Solar Industries accepts returns and issues refunds for products purchased in Pakistan.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original factory-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Installed Products

Once a battery has been unboxed, connected or installed, it is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Any operational or performance issues after installation will be managed exclusively through our after-sales Warranty process.

Damaged on Arrival

If a product arrives with visible shipping damage, you must refuse delivery or report the issue to our customer support within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

Return Logistics

For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for all reverse shipping and handling costs, unless the return is a direct result of a dispatch error by Tecno Solar Industries.
